Hacking for Energy -Student Matching Meetups

Hacking for Energy is a new Spring 2017 interdisciplinary class for graduate students of Columbia, NYU & CUNY to develop and test solutions to critical problems facing the energy industry using the Lean Startup methodology.

Students will need to independently form interdisciplinary teams of 4 in order to apply and be accepted to the class. The Matching Meetups are designed for students who are interested in Hacking for Energy to meet other students and potentially form teams for the course. We think you should come to a Matching Meetup if you fall under any of the following:

• You have a great solution for one of the problem statements and are looking for at least one additional team member
• You don't have a solution, but you are interested in joining a team
• You want to participate in the class but you don't know how!

NOTE: For the matching meetups, students may only attend the meetup for their corresponding school (i.e. Columbia students are only allowed to attend Columbia, etc.) because each team member within a student team must come from the same school.
